Eileen C. Walters - Vice President Program

Eileen is a Professional Development Specialist at the Contra Costa County Office of Education where she assists districts and sites with professional development in the area of technology implementation and integration. She currently holds a Masters of Arts in Education Technology.

Eileen has worked as a classroom teacher, Migrant Resource Teacher, Mentor Teacher in the area of Technology Integration, County Science and Technology Coordinator, and Region VII CTAP Grant Coordinator. She is a CUE Gold Disk and Platinum Disk winner. She has served on the board of CUE and currently serves as the CUE Conference Speaker Chair.

For East Bay CUE, Eileen is proud to help coordinate the East Bay Cool Tools Conference. This conference has grown each year and continues to improve as the East Bay CUE Board customizes the conference to meet the needs and requests of its participants.
