Gerald McMullin - President

Gerald is the Coordinator of Assessment and Instructional Technology in the
Castro Valley Unified School District. Prior to that he was a Technology Specialist with CTAP Region IV. He was a 4th grade teacher in the New Haven Unified School District. He has a Masters Degree in Instructional Technologies from San Francisco State University. He is currently the President of EBCUE.

In addition to his affiliation with EBCUE, Gerald also chairs CUE's Affiliate Leadership Committee and serves on the CUE Communication Committee. He is a CUE 2007 Gold Disk recipient.

Gerald also serves as a member of the Advisory Board for the K-12 High Speed Network. He is a member of CUE, ISTE, and ASCD.
